Carbohydrate Standards for Polysaccharides Analysis
Polysaccharides can be analysed by hydrolysis to simple sugars, derivatisation to the alditol acetates and subsequent analysis by GC with comparison to known standards. We are offering a range of alditol acetates derived from sugars commonly found in naturally occurring polysaccharides.
